SAP Application Expert

Job Description

As a SAP Application Expert your main tasks will:

• Process mapping and fit/gap analysis in collaboration with business experts and project managers
• Analyze business requirements and design and develop SAP standard solutions
• Where needed, develop custom solutions in collaboration with developers
• Support cross-functional initiatives by understanding requirements and breaking them down in deliverables for your team
• Test planning with test-leads
• Go-live planning with cut-over lead
• Develop training for stakeholders and superusers
• Hand over to Application Management and to superusers
• Roll-out new system solutions

Specific competence (mandatory)

• At least 5 years of experience with configuration, testing and support in SAP GTS and SAP ECC systems
• Experience in at least one of the following
  o Customs processes
  o Customs warehouse solutions (Transit, Import, Export, Bonded warehouse)
  o Customs supporting solutions (Classification, Embargo and Intrastat)
• Experience in migration of SAP GTS to SAP GTS E4H
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Experience in the different SAP integration technologies and patterns – lDoc, RFC, API, WebServices, etc.
• Project management / delivery lead experience is highly desirable. Should be able to manage and drive smaller initiatives within the migration to SAP GTS E4H independently. Should also be able to mentor and guide others team members to successfully deliver tasks.
